I began my mortgage banking career in 1990, shortly after graduating from St. Thomas University with a degree in Finance. In 1995 I co- founded American Bancshares Mortgage, LLC.My passion for servicing the community is driven by my core values of commitment, integrity and transparency. Most of my team and senior-management has sat in every chair of the mortgage industry, providing us with a full understanding of the business from all aspects. Such experience is truly invaluable.We are mortgage bankers not brokers, this means we originate our own loans and have a direct relationships with the government –sponsored entities that purchase the majority of the loans in America. We are direct endorsed FHA, VA , Lenders , we are Fannie Mae seller/services. All processing, underwriting and closing functions are done in house, there is no middle man. When you apply with us you deal directly with the source. By keeping the manufacturing process in house we have been able to streamline and simplify the experience for our customers, and guarantee that you receive the most competitive rates on the market.I’m happy to say that I love my career, and I have taken mortgage banking to a super-hero level.
